Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

We at RAVROY JEWELS do strict quality inspection prior to shipping the products and we have partnered with DHL E-commerce who is known for their safe delivery. We are committed to sell only products which are in high quality / authenthic from designers and no in between alterations are done. We are honest with our service to you and we really hope you like our product. However, if things doesn't turn out right for you please read the below policy carefully.

1.Please take note the reasons eligible for return, exchange and refund:

-incorrect item sent

-manufacturing defect item

2.Please note we do not provide refund/ exchange for the reasons below : 

- Change of mind

- Discounted item ( 20% and more)

- Original packaging is missing (magnetic box/ all pouches, jewellery care card,silica packet) 

- Tarnished/broken due to improper care.

Please read our JEWELLERY CARE  for proper care and handling of the jewels. Please also find our jewellery care tips printed on our business card within your parcel.

- Failure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

4. Any item sold has 24 hours from the date of shipment receiving date to notify us via the 'Grievance Box' for return/ exchange.Please upload the file containing a clear photo of the wrong item/defective item and invoice from Ravroy.Please mention the order number. Failure doing so will not be eligible for return/exchange.Once we receive your request we will try to reply immediately.

5.Wait for our reply and we will send you the full address for shipping the item.Please take note, customer will bear the return shipping cost.The item must reach us within 7 working days from the date of purchase.If a defective item is still in possession more than 7 days from the date of purchase,it will be considered human defects and no refund/exchange will be given.

6.All products to be returned should be in their original packaging (magnetic box/ all pouches, jewellery care card,silica pack) at the time of delivery.The items should be unworn and in perfect condition for incorrect item sent. Once we receive the item our team will carry out strict quality check and investigate before we update you.We reserve the right to reject any return/ exchange request for items that are damaged/solied without the original packaging. And so if we reject your request of refund/exchange the item will be shipped by us and the cost will be bear by us.

7.However if the item for exchange goes out of stock, we will provide you with store credit for you to purchase without payment the next time the item is in stock.Please visit our website periodically for stock availability for that item.And you may choose to purchase a different item with the strore credit if you wish to do so.Our customer service team will inform customers within 14 days after inspection of our decision on the status of return/exchange/refund status.

8.Refund money will be transferred to the same bank account customer used to purchase our product.The money will be wired to your bank account in 5-7 days from the date of notifying customers on our decision.

9.We reserve the rights to choose the decision to provide exchange/refund by to you.

10.All orders are final and orders can't be cancelled.
