Secure Packaging

Every product undergoes multiple quality checks before we deliver it to you. The jewels are packed in our quality jewellery pouch/ jewel box  and covered with bubble wrap. The packaged product then comes inside a mailer box and lastly into a flyer before reaching you.

Trusted Shipping

After the safe packaging of the product it will be shipped by our one and only trusted delivery partner DHL ecommerce.For any issues faced with the delivery of your order, kindly contact our customer support at +60109431693.Once your order has been placed we will email you the tracking details of you order.Our aim is to deliver your products safely and earliest possible and we appreciate your trust and patience regarding the same.

It usually takes 5-7 working days to ship to Peninsular Malaysia and 7-10 working days ( East Malaysia) from the date and time the order is paid.

Please note that we dont ship on weekends and Public holidays.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charges of RM 3.00 is charged on all deliveries to Peninsular Malaysia.A flat shipping of RM 10.00 to all orders to East Malaysia.On orders above RM 250.00 , we provide free shipping to Peninsular Malaysia.On orders above RM 350.00 we provide free shipping to East Malaysia.

Currently we only do domestic shipping and international delivery is not available yet.
